Reyena16 -Mild Oil To Foam Cleanser

I tried and tested this cleanser about 8 months ago (wow, how time flies) and I remember that I enjoyed using it and that it was convenient to forgo an extra step in my routine, especially on busy days or days that I just couldn’t bring myself to do 6+ steps, but other than that this cleanser didn’t feel that special compared to the many others on the market. But (yes, there’s a ‘but’), something happened to change my mind shortly after I started using it…. I ran out… and I missed it and my skin felt the effects of not having it in my routine. No more easy-breezy night routines after a long day's work, nope, none of those for me. As you can guess, I’ve been quite happy with another tube in my bathroom.

This two-in-one negates the need for separate cleansers when double-cleansing, with the oil emulsifying into a foam easily. Formulated with nutrient-rich Caulerpa Lentillifera extract (a green algae), along with soothing aloe extract and smoothing glycine soja oil which works together to nourish and hydrate the skin barrier. Sunscreen and makeup residue? What residue!? There’s none! My skin feels and looks clean and fresh after washing, without being dry or tight.

This cleanser is a great first step to any skincare routine, preps and lightly hydrates the skin in anticipation of the next product destined for the face. What I’ve been doing with the warmer temperature, is following up with REYENA16’s Cica Soothing Essence, applying a thick layer and leaving it on for 15-20mins then patting away the excess. The combination leaves my skin cooled, soothed and hydrated, especially after a day of sun.
