It’s like a whipped cream due to it’s auto-foam container but it delivers a transparent liquid, it’s dual purpose as well as you can wipe/clean your face with it using the cotton pad and then let it absorb. It has a light sweet scent like a cotton candy. It feels soothing, hydrating and nourishing on the skin.
