This 𝐀𝐪𝐮𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐛𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐦 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫 has a unique mousse like texture and is the first foam toner I've ever experienced. It has a subtle floral fragrance that dissipates shortly after application and is suitable for all skin types. 

With key ingredients of Aloe Vera, Caulerpa Lentillifera, Ceramide Complex, Centella Asiatica and Seaweed (Fucose) which provide hydration, soothing and protection to help maintain skin health, this low pH toner can be applied by using a cotton pad, or my personal preference, patted into freshly cleansed skin.

I have mature, combination skin that has become increasingly reactive since hitting perimenopause, and while this toner is indeed incredibly hydrating with zero exacerbation to my oil prone T-zone, found absorption to be an issue. I only applied one pump to freshly cleansed skin, and it took a good 20 minutes for the tacky feeling to disappear, by which point, I was left with a strange residue. Also, my skin felt prickly and itchy within moments of application, which only stopped after around an hour. Sadly, due to this reaction, I daren't risk using it again.
